Our Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Seminars and Online Courses
All advance payments are refundable, within the limits cited below.

Upon cancellation, all money due will be refunded within 45 days subject to the following conditions.

An enrollment may be canceled within thirty (30) calendar days of midnight on the day the enrollment agreement was signed or submitted electronically unless the course has been initiated or viewed online. Once the course has been initiated online all refunds are nullified.

Refund Policy for Self-Study Materials
NevadaMutual.com will refund the full cost of the self-study materials up to 30 calendar days of midnight on the day the enrollment agreement was signed or submitted electronically unless the self-study material is returned opened.

Refunds are not granted automatically. You will need to send your request to nevadamutual@nevadamutual.com or by phone to 702-798-6001 prior to the refund deadline. You will then get a confirmation email from us once your refund request has been processed.

Refunds are payable by check only and will not be charged back to a credit card. A processing fee of five dollars ($5) will be charged for each refund request. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
